Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only accepted for defective items or incorrect items received.
• Customers must contact us within 3 days after receiving the parcel.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by customers
• Colour differences due to lighting or screen settings
• Slight measurement differences (1–3 cm)

Pre-order Items

All items are available on a pre-order basis. Cancellation is not accepted after order confirmation.
